The Dean’s Leadership Circle (DLC) is a select group of business leaders with a commitment to The Paul Merage School of Business, its values and its continued growth. Under the vision of the Dean, the DLC plays a crucial role in elevating the School through leadership, mentorship and community impact.
This has been a year of transformation. We have had to face the greatest pandemic of our lifetime and it has tested our adaptability and flexibility while experiencing restructure, confinement, limitations and new norms. However, in many ways 2020 has brought us closer to one another – especially through the Dean’s Leadership Circle and at The Paul Merage School of Business. I want to thank each of you for continuing to give of your time, advice, courage, philanthropy and for championing our community. This year, I have seen the best of humanity from our Merage School supporters. I have seen you reach out to current students with offers of mentorship, internships, jobs, and even meals – and I am so impressed and proud to be among you. Thank you for your valuable contributions to this wonderful community and your continued support of the Dean’s Leadership Circle. May 2021 bring many blessings to you and your loved ones!

“There is nothing more impactful than the power of connection. Being part of the Anteater family was one of the most important decisions I’ve made that helped shape me as a leader. I was able to make long lasting, meaningful connections with talented, high achievers who challenged my thinking and broadened my viewpoints. I am honored to have the privilege to contribute back through the Dean’s Leadership Circle to help shape our future leaders.” Jamie Viramontes, HCEMBA ‘17, SHRM-SCP Chief HR Officer, Forever 21 Founder & CEO, Konnect
“I am inspired to give back because the tight knit community at the Merage School has given me many opportunities to advance my career and grow my network. Through networking, I got an internship and a full-time job. I was able to help someone else realize their dream of moving to NYC working in a marketing agency. I truly believe it’s a positive cycle that I can take part in reinforcing.” Laura Wang, MBA ’17
